Job Summary
Collaborate with the Sr. Training Manager to design and implement impactful training programs, delivering engaging in-person and remote sessions for retail teams. Conduct onboarding for new joiners, covering company policies, procedures, and product knowledge while training staff on sales techniques, customer service, and negotiation skills. Evaluate training effectiveness, provide constructive feedback and coaching, and partner with store and cluster managers to align initiatives with store-specific needs and sales goals. Keep training content, curriculum, and documentation up to date. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2–6 years of experience in retail or sales training, and proficiency in MS Office. Flexibility to travel within the region is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2–6 years of experience in a similar role (Retail Trainer / Sales Trainer)
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, ABV, and customer service principles
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and training tools/software
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and analytical skills
- Flexibility to travel within the region as needed
