Job Summary
Regional Retail Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing trade marketing plans for Whirlpool Brand products across the region, managing Retail Executives, driving secondary sales and sell-out, and supervising field teams. Key duties include relationship management with trade/distributors, capability development of the field force, design and execution of Marketing Communications (BTL), identification of new EBOs and store creation, ensuring strong in-shop and out-shop brand visibility, vendor management for marketing activities, and accountability for hiring and performance of Retail Executives. Preferred candidates have 8+ years in Trade/Retail Marketing in FMCG, and experience managing large workforces. The role collaborates with regional operations, corporate teams, agencies, and cross-functional resources to deliver brand presence and consumer experience across channels.
