Job Summary
Lead and manage the regional retail and events marketing function across multiple company locations in Southwest Michigan. Oversee lead generation programs at events and retail partners, hire/train/manage the retail and events marketing team, and create/execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals. Manage vendors and third-party relationships, oversee budgets, logistics for events (staffing, setup/teardown, goal setting, post-event review), and ensure smooth event execution. Track campaigns, provide ongoing coaching to leadership, and drive store-level lead generation performance across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail and event marketing experience is required
- People management experience is required
- Multi-site leadership experience
