Regional Rep for Prayer and Generosity - Venture

Regional Representative for Prayer and Generosity focusing on fundraising, donor engagement, and partnerships with churches, businesses, and individual donors. Responsible for meeting fundraising goals, conducting 25–30 relational meetings per month (in-person or virtual), and retaining donor relationships. Manages a regional portfolio of up to 300 partners including 5+ major donors (> $10,000 annually). Develops and steward Business for Good partnerships and church relationships; coordinates at least one local partner event annually; identifies legacy, matching, and planned giving opportunities. Actively prays with and for donors as a core practice, and collaborates with Operations & Development, Communications, and CRM reporting. Represents Venture at events, builds regional networks, and may host or accompany donors on vision trips or site visits as appropriate.
