Job Summary
The Director of Regional Sales is responsible for achieving sales budgets in a defined geographic territory through relationship management with key accounts and local authorities. This role involves developing corrective action plans as needed, becoming a technical expert in Daikin's VRV products, and providing ongoing sales training and support. The candidate must manage weekly sales targets, communicate results to sales leadership, and conduct monthly reviews with sales teams. Some travel is necessary, up to 30%, including possible overnight stays. Candidates must meet legal work authorization requirements for Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in VRF sales management in a technical sales environment
- Experience managing a revenue budget of $5M to $10M is preferred
