Job Summary
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to maximize account penetration and retention with rental accounts. Manage customer and regional sales, including new customer acquisition, price/margin management, and sales forecasting. Lead high-performance teams by hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching Rental Account Managers and Fulfillment employees. Monitor performance against annual objectives for profit, volume, and margins while investigating customer concerns and implementing corrective actions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, five years of rental sales management experience, and a valid driver's license. Salary range $203,490 - $264,500.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum five (5) years of Rental or Related Sales management experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years
- Safety Sensitive Role: Yes
- Safety Sensitive roles may require that you pass additional drug screening
