Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and leadership positions across Northern California, creating and updating job postings on multiple platforms. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while organizing job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting activities. Develop relationships with public labor institutions, workforce offices, local schools, and community partners to recruit within target areas. Screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate hiring steps, and support onboarding, paperwork, and orientation for new employees. Partner with operations leaders to understand staffing needs and track recruiting activity, candidate flow, and hiring progress. Represent One Source professionally at all recruiting and community events while ensuring compliance with company hiring practices.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Must be based in Tahoe/Reno area
- Must be able to work onsite and travel as needed
- Flexible mindset with a willingness to support other regions as needed
- Must be professional, dependable, and able to work independently
Desired Qualifications
- Prior recruiting, staffing, HR, hospitality, or high-volume hiring experience preferred
- Experience with job boards, applicant tracking systems, or HR systems preferred
