Job Summary
Regional Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple healthcare facilities in the designated region, focusing on staffing RNs, LVNs, CNAs, and facility-level leadership. Build and maintain local pipelines, partner with facility Administrators, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, manage onboarding and documentation, and report metrics. Engage in local outreach (nursing schools, colleges, career fairs) and represent the organization at regional events. Must have experience in high-volume, multi-site healthcare recruitment, be comfortable traveling within the region, and proficient with ATS and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years recruitment experience
- Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
- Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related field
- Travel ability within assigned region
