Job Summary
Regional Recruiter – Field Operations responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly and salaried operations positions across assigned plant locations, sourcing and screening candidates, partnering with Plant HR Managers and hiring teams to develop recruitment strategies, coordinating interviews and offers, maintaining recruiting records in Oracle HCM, representing MAPEI at job fairs and events to build pipelines, ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws, and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires on-site work at plant locations with travel around 20-30% and emphasizes collaboration with operations leadership, stakeholder management, and building strong employer brand in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Three or more years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, industrial, operations, or plant-based environments
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and partnering directly with hiring managers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems; Oracle HCM experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work on-site at assigned plant locations and travel periodically (around 20-30%) to support recruiting initiatives and hiring events
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred
