Job Summary
Operate consistently with the highest ethical standards while building meaningful, insight-driven relationships across healthcare ecosystems, patient networks, and ecosystem stakeholders in the London area. Develop deep understanding of regional healthcare pathways and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned to patient journeys. Communicate balanced, high-quality information on rare disease therapies to healthcare professionals and maintain expert knowledge of disease areas and clinical standards. Act as a trusted advocate for rare disease patients, promoting appropriate tools and resources while delivering agreed commercial objectives to support strong national brand performance. This role reports to the Lead for Rare Diseases UK & Ireland, working closely with cross-functional colleagues in medical, access, and commercial teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven field-based experience in biopharmaceutical sales, account management, or field reimbursement
- Solid understanding of medical, scientific, and healthcare concepts relevant to rare diseases
- Collaborative, agile, and solution-oriented approach to working in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to use multichannel and digital tools to engage healthcare professionals effectively
- 40% of your time spent in the office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within specialty, neurology, and/or rare disease environments
- Track record of contributing to successful product launches
