Job Summary
Lead regional QA/QC planning and execution for pipeline construction and related facility work; ensure compliance with client specifications, regulatory requirements, company procedures, and applicable codes. Provide technical guidance to quality inspectors, field leadership, subcontractors, and project teams. Review quality plans, ITPs, WPS documentation, NDE records, coating records, hydrotest packages, and turnover documentation. Perform quality audits, identify quality risks, track corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as regional quality liaison between operations, clients, inspectors, and senior leadership. Must have USA work authorization; CWI highly preferred.
