Job Summary
Champion the company's Quality Management Program across all regional projects, serving as a peer leader to Operations to embed quality in planning, execution, and turnover. Mentor Project Executives, Superintendents, and QC Managers in best practices while conducting periodic audits of project and subcontractor performance. Oversee regional consistency of Project Quality Plans, DFOW logs, and Procore workflows, leading risk assessments for high-value scopes and acting as the first-line escalation point for quality issues. Collect and validate QA/QC metrics to drive lessons-learned sessions that inform future standards and training needs. Collaborate with Owners, Designers, and trade partners to resolve quality issues, while assessing regional workload to assign Quality Manager staffing aligned with project delivery needs.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in construction management with quality leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated success leading project quality efforts or regional programs
- Knowledge of building systems, risk management, and QA/QC best practices
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Outstanding relationship-building, influence, and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of senior leadership and region legal trends/risk
- Ability to create a culture of inclusion and belonging by acting with courage, humility and curiosity; desire to learn about others and self-reflect
- Ability to build team relationships, stay organized, handle various projects at one time, follow up and make accurate decisions
Desired Qualifications
- LEAN Construction experience preferred; strong presentation skills; vast knowledge of all trades and phases of the construction process
