Job Summary
Regional Quality Manager responsible for leading and directing quality initiatives across assigned operations and branches. Serves as a consultant within the QMS/continuous improvement process, updates PCI product line quality plans and procedures, coordinates quality training and documentation, leads KPI analysis and OFIs, conducts internal and external quality assessments, and collaborates with branch management to implement corrective actions and improvements. Requires experience with ISO 9001, QMS leadership, subcontractor quality plans, and travel up to 60%; Spanish fluency is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business administration or construction focus pg. 1 Published 01/27/26.
- 5-9 years working within commercial and/or industrial construction trade.
- 3-5 years experience with ISO 9001 standards.
- 3-5 years experience leading others.
- Ability to travel 60% of the time.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
