Job Summary

Regional Quality Manager leads quality systems across Eurofins E&E offices (NCR, Complaints, and NCR-related processes), conducts internal audits, oversees external audits by accreditation bodies and customers, and collaborates with department leaders to ensure QMS compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, participating in group meetings, guiding staff training and CAP development for NCR processes, coordinating internal and external audits, supporting partner-lab audits, and fostering a collaborative quality-focused culture with site GMs. Ideal candidate possesses strong teamwork, project management, auditing experience, ISO knowledge, and excellent communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of related experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working on a TIC Quality Team
  • Auditing – completion of internal and external audits
  • Root cause Analysis and Corrective Action Planning
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Able to stand or sit for long periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Strong knowledge of ISO17025, ISO17020, and ISO17065
  • Experience on a Quality Team in the TIC industry
  • A good understanding of day-to-day business operations
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
