Job Summary
Lead the regional Consumables quality function across manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations to drive consistent quality governance, regulatory compliance, and customer value through data-driven performance management. Deploy QA/QC methods, quality strategies, and CAPA processes; utilize Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvement; establish reporting for trends and risks; manage customer quality issues and cross-functional initiatives; travel up to 40% to support sites, audits, projects, and meetings. Requires a B.Tech/BE in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with 12–15 years of leadership experience in quality across manufacturing and supply chain; strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills; knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards; hybrid working environment. Located primarily in Ahmedabad/Vadodara/Alwar with hybrid work arrangements.
