Job Summary
Regional Quality Custodial Specialist responsible for monitoring and evaluating cleaning services across multiple locations, performing routine inspections, evaluating cleanliness of offices/restrooms/hallways, documenting findings with quality-control checklists, identifying deficiencies and recommending corrective actions, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, training custodial staff on procedures and standards, communicating inspection results to the Associate Director of Environmental Services, tracking performance metrics, preparing quality assurance reports, and providing backup administrative and operational support to Regional Custodial Manager(s) as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year prior custodial/janitorial experience required
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and travel between locations
- Walking, standing, bending throughout the day
- Basic computer skills for reporting and recordkeeping
