Job Summary
Lead regional quality assurance by mentoring QA Managers, training subcontractors, and ensuring consistent inspection criteria across communities. Analyze warranty data to identify trends, recommend operational improvements, and drive accountability with Construction, Warranty, and Sales teams. Monitor field performance, review the Homeowner Guide implementation, and manage the department's annual budget while maintaining strong knowledge of building codes. This leadership role balances strategy with hands-on involvement to prevent recurring issues and shape quality culture across multiple Texas communities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 6–7 years of management experience in residential construction, general repair, or quality-related roles
- valid driver's license
- ability to travel as needed
- Strong working knowledge of water intrusion, construction defects, and remediation
- Proven experience working with homeowners and delivering strong customer service
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

- TREC Certified
- Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector
- ICC Certification
