Regional QHSE Manager

Job Summary
Lead compliance with all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies, enhance service quality, and evaluate processes for improvement. Serve as the subject matter expert on Quality Management Systems and external standards. Support regional safety initiatives, ensure compliance with safety policies, and develop standard operating procedures. Collaborate with leadership to establish training programs and maintain site emergency response plans. Drive quality and safety performance through effective tools and systems.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation is required
- A minimum of 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience is also necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in quality improvement tools such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment
- Deep understanding of project and program management methodologies and tools
- Strategic thinker with strong client orientation and interpersonal skills
