Job Summary
Lead quality control procedures across HVAC, piping, plumbing, sheet metal, and electrical trades, including subcontractors. Establish inspection checkpoints, verify proper installation and system readiness, and document deficiencies for timely resolution. Coach superintendents and foremen in the field while helping develop structured training on installation standards and QC processes. Maintain and enforce QC documentation, provide reporting to leadership, and use trends to drive process improvements. Participate in design reviews, lead preconstruction QC alignment sessions, and coordinate readiness for commissioning and turnover. Reduce rework across all trades and ensure inspection accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial MEP experience
- 5+ years in QC or field leadership
- Multi-trade experience
