Regional Purchasing Manager

Regional Purchasing Manager responsible for overseeing procurement and supply chain operations across Mad Monkey Indonesia properties. Lead supplier management, negotiate pricing and terms, drive inventory optimization and cost control, ensure compliance with company standards, and support guest experience across locations. Role requires coordinating with hostel managers and department heads, developing supplier strategies, managing budgets, monitoring market trends, and delivering regular procurement reporting. Ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially minded, experienced in hospitality procurement, capable of managing multiple vendors/properties in a fast-paced environment, and fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with the ability to travel across Indonesia.
