Regional Protective Services Manager ASEAN

Job Summary

Conduct incident and crisis management, emergency preparedness, and physical security oversight within the ASEAN region. Perform facility threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments while managing workplace violence prevention and travel security. Serve as the primary escalation point for regional partners and coordinate messaging to leadership during sensitive situations. Cultivate strategic relationships with internal leaders, law enforcement, and government agencies to align security guidance with corporate policies. Support executive protection, event security, and security awareness training initiatives. Maintain awareness of relevant regulations and ensure response actions align with Accenture's standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant security experience or equivalent in private, government, or security forces
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working directly with Corporate Security functions
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with Microsoft Office products and programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, be on call (24X7), including weekends and holidays as required
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time

  • Language skills
  • ASIS CPP, PSP, and PCI
