Regional Proposal Specialist

Regional Proposal Specialist responsible for leading a geographic region (East Coast US) including distributors, end customers, integrators and contractors. Provide support and pricing strategies for Intelligent Device products and services (MV MCC, MV Drives, LV MCC, Engineered Water) and coordinate with 3rd party power and packaging equipment including e-scada systems. Support distributors with technical builds, work with the Proposal Development Team for select builds, participate in Win Strategy and PARB processes, pricing agreements, and forecasting. Report to the Regional Commercial Offer Manager, East, Central, Canada and maintain a hybrid schedule working from Rockwell Automation locations in the Northeast US. Responsibilities include handling quotation and pricing requests, collaborating with sales and channel partners to strategize opportunities, contributing to training classes for channel teams, ensuring approvals and compliance with Rockwell policies, participating in PARB level approvals, maintaining daily business tools, and building relationships with partners and integrators for complete solutions. Be the regional expert for LV MCCs, MV Drives, MV MCCs and Engineered Water, apply engineering skills to qualify opportunities, and travel approximately 10% of the time. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, US work authorization (no visa sponsorship), and the ability to travel. Salary base range $82,960.00 - $124,440.00 USD annually with a 5% target bonus, with benefits including health insurance and 401k, and a hybrid work policy requiring in-office presence Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless traveling for business.
