Job Summary
Regional Proposal Manager based in Wrocław, Poland on a fixed-term maternity leave replacement. Responsible for evaluating RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to identify key requirements and deliver strong, compliant customer proposals; ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals for Global Key Accounts; coordinating with Marketing, IT, Product, and subject-matter experts to gather and align proposal content; supporting the implementation of proposal management software and maintaining the Content Management System used for tender management.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in business administration, economics, logistics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of tender management experience
- Experience in logistics & supply chain industry is advantageous
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage priorities
- Interest in innovation and digital tools to support smarter work processes
- Agile approach and customer-oriented mindset
