Job Summary
Regional Property Supervisor at PATH Enterprises in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for the overall operations of a portfolio of PATH properties, ensuring financial goals, compliance, and high-quality management; supervise Resident Manager(s), prepare monthly financial reports, assist in budgeting and long-range capital plans, oversee maintenance planning and energy efficiency, coordinate with on-site teams, and maintain resident satisfaction in PATH housing communities.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience in property management, business, finance, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, urban planning or a related field (preferred)
- Must have employment eligibility verification
- CPR/First Aid training (or ability to obtain)
- Tuberculosis Test
- Background Screening
- Drug Test
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties
