Job Summary
Conduct monthly site visits to monitor physical assets and file compliance at Crescent Park and Nevin Plaza properties. Supervise site staff including Assistants, Property Managers, and Floating Managers while acting as the liaison between sites and the central office. Review, explain, and report financial benchmarks and monthly financials to supervisors, partners, and outside agencies. Collaborate with Development on new acquisitions and developments for the portfolio. Maintain desired financial benchmarks through analysis of property-specific data.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of multi-site property supervision
- knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines
- current California Real Estate Sales License
- ability to obtain a California Real Estate Sales License within nine months of hire
- strong supervisory experience
- valid driver's license
- DMV clearance
- access to reliable vehicle
- own auto insurance in accordance with EAH minimum requirements
- current Real Estate license
- pass criminal background check
- submit to drug testing within 72 hours from acceptance of job offer
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Some experience in affordable housing, which may include HUD, Tax-Credit, RHCP, and/or work with a Housing Authority
- Experience in communicating with and reporting to regulatory agencies (i.e., HUD, TCAC, RHCP), partners, ownership boards, and senior management
