Regional Property Manager

Job Summary
Manage the overall operational, financial, and asset performance of a property portfolio by ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws, analyzing financial statements, and preparing annual operating budgets. Coordinate capital improvement projects, negotiate vendor contracts, and supervise Property Managers through hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Conduct regular site inspections, resolve resident complaints, and monitor metrics such as occupancy and delinquencies to drive revenue and maximize asset value. Perform additional tasks as needed to support company objectives. Full-time on-site role with regular travel to assigned properties.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of on-site property management experience
- Previous supervisory experience with a proven record of success
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- minimum 40 hours per week
- Full-Time, On-Site
- Regular travel to assigned properties is required
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation
- Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management software
