Job Summary
Oversee staffing, recruitment, and development for a portfolio of student housing properties while conducting regular inspections of curb appeal, safety standards, and maintenance operations. Drive initiatives from corporate departments, guide move-in and move-out processes, and manage emergency escalations in alignment with policy guidelines. Review occupancy and delinquency reports to create strategies for collections and bad debt, assist with budget projections, and negotiate contracts within established financial parameters. Utilize market data to craft leasing strategies, facilitate weekly sales calls, and evaluate overall leasing activities to drive revenue targets. Maintain brand integrity by serving as the point of contact for escalated resident complaints and ensuring compliance with company procedures through operational and financial audits.
Required Qualifications
- College graduate
- Minimum of 4 years of property management experience
- Direct supervisory component
- Prior multi-site management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Property Management Systems
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Must be based near a major hub like Atlanta, GA - Knoxville, TN - Nashville, TN - Oxford, MS
- Full-time position in a fast-paced, agile and collegiate work environment
