Regional Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of student housing properties, responsible for staffing, budgeting, risk management, leasing strategy, and delivering high-quality resident experiences across TX properties (Denton, Fort Worth, Stephenville, Lubbock). Demonstrates leadership, team development, strategic planning, and strong collaboration with corporate and on-site teams to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, ensure brand standards, and manage capital projects.
Required Qualifications
- College graduate preferred
- minimum 4 years of property management experience
- direct supervisory component
- prior multi-site management preferred
