Regional Property Manager to maximize portfolio performance through cost control, revenue improvement, and strategic leasing/marketing plans. Lead on-site teams, conduct market studies, develop budgets and pricing strategies, coordinate with executive leadership, and ensure properties are functional, safe, and well-presented while driving rental income and asset value.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience as a Regional Property Manager
- experience with lease-ups, acquisitions, and due diligence
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to develop leasing/marketing plans
- ability to prepare and convey operational data to executive team
- ability to manage property asset plans and on-site recruitment/training
