Job Summary
Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-family properties across multiple sites, lead on-site property management teams, manage budgets and financial reporting, collaborate with Marketing on budget planning and pricing, ensure compliance and safety standards, and hire/train/develop staff while conducting regular inspections to maintain physical property standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience in a manager or regional manager role (new development lease-up experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Proficient in property management software such as Entrata, Onesite, Yardi, CRM, and Revenue Management tools
