Job Summary
Regional Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of multi-family properties and on-site management teams; responsible for ensuring financial, operational, and strategic goals are met, developing and managing budgets and capital improvement plans, analyzing market data and KPIs to drive decisions, collaborating with Marketing on budgeting, ad effectiveness, and revenue management pricing, ensuring safety/compliance and property risk management, and leading hiring, training, and team development with regular property inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Regional Property Manager experience required
- New development lease-up experience preferred
