Job Summary
Oversee financial performance and budgeting across the 1,500-unit multifamily portfolio, ensuring profitability and strong returns while directing day-to-day operations at multiple properties in South Carolina and Georgia. Lead and mentor property management teams across all locations, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income, ensuring exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction. Implement operational best practices, manage vendor relationships, and monitor market trends to maintain portfolio competitiveness. Requires 5+ years of multifamily experience, proven track record managing 1,200+ units, and strong financial acumen. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between properties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of multifamily property management experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or portfolio management role
- Proven track record managing properties with 1,200+ units
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and P&L statements
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in property management software
- Knowledge of multifamily industry standards and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel between properties as needed
Desired Qualifications
- CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation or similar professional certification
- Experience with Class A multifamily properties
- Background in marketing and leasing strategy
- Experience managing teams across multiple locations
- Knowledge of South Carolina and Georgia real estate market
