Job Summary
Regional Property Manager leads a portfolio of multifamily communities, driving operational, financial, and cultural performance. Responsibilities include budgeting and financial monitoring, improving occupancy and revenue through leasing and marketing strategies, overseeing community managers and site teams, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws, coordinating repairs and maintenance, guiding contract negotiations and capex initiatives, and delivering high-quality resident services and reporting to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Community Manager experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant Law
- Proficient with property management software and technology platforms
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed (as per role requirements)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
