Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-site property portfolio within the region, driving occupancy and financial performance while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards. Lead and train on-site managers, participate in hiring, conduct regular property visits, manage budgets and P&L analyses, communicate with lenders and owners, coordinate with maintenance teams, and coordinate responses to emergencies to maintain resident experience and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property Manager or equivalent role
- Experience in apartment industry preferred
- Previous experience overseeing multiple locations (3 to 5 is preferred)
- Ability to travel – must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work to weekends if need for emergencies, snow removal, etc.
