Job Summary
Regional Property Manager responsible for overseeing a portfolio of multi-family affordable housing properties in Northern California, ensuring strong fiscal performance, regulatory compliance (HUD, TCAC, Fair Housing) and exceptional resident services. Leads Community Manager staff, drives marketing and leasing activities, coordinates with Asset Management, Accounting, HR and Facilities to achieve operational excellence, conducts risk assessment and safety initiatives, and ensures properties meet KPI goals while maintaining appearance and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in property management or related field OR Associate degree with relevant experience
- Tax Credit Specialist certification and Certified Occupancy Specialist certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Minimum 4 years of multi-family property management experience (4+ years preferred for affordable housing)
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience managing direct reports
- Valid California Driver's License with reliable transportation
