Job Summary
Regional Property Manager responsible for managing residential properties across multiple markets, developing site business plans aligned with investment objectives, budgets, and compliance; overseeing onsite teams, recruiting, training, and performance management; coordinating marketing and budgeting activities; ensuring adherence to laws and company policies; and traveling up to 80% to cover Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston portfolios.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Three to five years of property management-related experience is required
- Must have high proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must have high proficiency with computer software Bluemoon, Yieldstart preferred and Onsite or Yardi (CRM, Voyager, P2P) required
- Must have a rounded knowledge of building trades, including plumbing, electric, gas systems, and construction and landscaping
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time with overnight stays
