Job Summary
Oversee a portfolio of properties within a designated region, lead property management teams, and drive financial performance by inspecting properties, reviewing reports, and implementing action plans. Collaborate with costumers and leasing teams to optimize occupancy and minimize vacancies, manage budgets and deliver regular performance reports to ownership and senior management, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement tenant retention and maintenance programs. Build and manage stakeholder relationships, stay ahead of market trends, and champion operational initiatives across properties to meet or exceed targets. Strong leadership, communication, and real estate knowledge (including software like Yardi/Real Page) are essential to effectively manage a diverse portfolio and maintain high tenant satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as Regional Manager or similar leadership role
- Proficiency in property management software (preferably Yardi and/or Real Page)
- Real Estate license required in specific markets, otherwise preferred
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
