Regional Property Manager

Regional Property Manager responsible for leadership and oversight of on-site personnel across a portfolio within Virginia; duties include budgeting and income projections, rent/fee collection, vendor/contractor communication, A/P processing, leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy, capital projects and renovations, resident retention programs, staff development, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines; requires frequent travel between properties within Virginia, valid driver’s license, and 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience; Yardi experience preferred; strong communication, organization, leadership, and technology skills; benefits and performance bonuses available.
