Job Summary
Regional Property Manager position in Charlotte, NC with Tax Credit/Affordable Housing experience. Manage a portfolio and motivate a sales team, develop lasting relationships with vendors and staff, and implement a competitive marketing strategy. Collaborate with property owners to identify goals, manage cost control and revenue maximization, oversee delinquency management, work with Community Managers on annual operating budgets and sales/marketing plans, maximize rental income, ensure timely reports, train and motivate associates, maintain knowledge of properties and competition, ensure policies are followed, and travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years as a Regional Property Manager
- Affordable housing/tax credit experience required
- Charlotte based
- Possess advanced bookkeeping knowledge and perform general accounting functions
- Understanding of current legal responsibilities of the properties
- Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of OneSite strongly encouraged, Ops Technology required
- Must be willing to travel
