Job Summary
Achieve financial performance objectives by overseeing annual budget preparation, forecasting, and revenue management while ensuring timely rent collection and reserve fund withdrawals. Conduct routine financial reviews with property managers, analyze income and expenses against approved guidelines, and implement corrective actions for identified problems. Lead a team of property and senior property managers through hiring, training, and succession planning to drive regional growth. Perform physical site inspections, maintain community security, and recommend improvements to exterior and interior properties. Represent the company to public officials and agencies, manage emergency situations, and ensure compliance with LIHTC and HUD programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
- Minimum five years property management experience

- Solid property management operational experience
- Proven expertise in affordable housing programs
- Ability to manage projects from conceptualization to implementation
- Strong interpersonal skills that include conflict management and employee motivation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Yardi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial, flexible, creative and detail oriented
- Ability to handle emergency situations and pressure due to complexity and time sensitivity
