Job Summary
Regional Property Manager with responsibility for a Baltimore-area portfolio. Maintain positive resident relations, meet financial objectives for ownership, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Manage on-site property managers, oversee daily operations, review and present budgets, monitor budget performance, and handle rent levels, collections, and renewals. Oversee maintenance programs, vendor contracts, life-safety operations, and ensure timely financial reporting. Conduct quarterly client reviews, supervise leasing and renewal programs, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining occupancy goals and adherence to policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
- Past experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs (LIHTC).
- Prior experience with Project-Based Section 8 / HUD.
- Knowledge of LIHTC and HUD regulations.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- NAHP – CPL, SHCM, CAM (MA - C3P) designations.
- CAM – RAM & ARM honored; CGPM – NAA or NAMA honored designations.
- Knowledge of property management.
- Knowledge of landlord and tenant laws.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong managerial skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding verbal and communication skills.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
