Regional Property Manager -Atlanta

Manage a portfolio and motivate a sales team while creating lasting relationships with vendors and staff. Implement a competitive marketing strategy and work with owners to identify property goals, objectives, and yearly operating budgets. Drive revenue maximization, delinquency management, and rental income growth through effective cost control. Ensure all required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Train associates to achieve sales goals and maintain thorough product knowledge on properties and major competition. This role requires 2 to 3 years of Regional Property Manager experience, deep knowledge of the Orlando/Tampa market, and advanced bookkeeping skills. Candidates must possess understanding of current legal responsibilities, exceptional organizational skills, and willingness to travel. OneSite knowledge is strongly encouraged, with Ops Technology being required.
