Job Summary
Oversee and manage project installation scope and completion for Pump, Power, and HVAC equipment. Maintain all compliance regulations and safety procedures while developing multi-level training programs for Product Specialists and Field Service Mechanics. Travel frequently to all locations to set up procedures, assist Project Specialists in technical sales, and lead or mentor program managers. Engineer large projects with high efficiency, meeting budget and timeline requirements. Subject matter expertise in equipment and proficiency in Google Suites are required.
Required Qualifications
- Past project management/job foreman experience
- Must be a subject matter expert in Pump, Power and HVAC equipment
- Prior experience facilitating training (in the classroom or the field) required
- Ability to travel frequently
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend and stoop for periods of time
- Ability to be in extreme weather conditions for a period of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Employment is contingent on passing a background check
- some roles require passing a drug test

- Must be able to train and coach Pump and Power associates on equipment trouble-shooting and product knowledge
- Working knowledge of current fleet in all locations
- Must stay up-to-date on all safety procedures relating to fleet
- Develop multi skill level Pump and Power Training programs for EquipmentShare Product Specialist and Field Service Mechanics
- Assist Project Specialist in technical sales applications
- Engineer and manage large projects
- Must be able to lead and mentor program and project managers
