Job Summary
Streamline project team activities and ensure consistency of Clinical Operations processes across North America by acting as the primary project management contact. Perform study status reviews, collect progress updates, and report milestones to clients and global stakeholders while developing essential project planning documents. Oversee site selection, startup, contractual negotiations, and budget management, then supervise site training, initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits. Ensure subject enrollment targets are met, oversee investigator payments, and prepare the team for study audits and inspection findings. This role requires a lead monitor with 4+ years of site monitoring experience to drive regional project oversight for NA.
Required Qualifications
- MPharm, RN or university/college degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Minimum 4 years' site monitoring experience
- at least 2 years' experience as Lead Monitor
- Experience supervising clinical project activities
- Experience leading clinical project teams
- Full working proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in oncology, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, or any rare disease indication is preferable
