Job Summary
Regional Program Manager responsible for overseeing ID/CAC issuance support for USARC operations, including management of site security personnel, DEERS/RAPID data maintenance, and compliance with DoD ID card issuance policies. Role includes oversight of CAC issuance, coordination of NACI submissions, maintenance of RAPIDS workstations, development of customer service materials, and delivery of management briefings and metrics. Requires Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of operational ID issuance experience, DoD ID policy familiarity, and Tier III Secret clearance; position based at Fort Knox, KY full-time with standard government facility hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
- At least three years of operational experience processing identification issuance requests and issuing identification badges for building and system access
- Familiarization with DoD ID Card issuance policies and procedures
- Experience training others on the proper use of identification issuance systems or other DoD IT systems
- Tier III “Secret” Clearance in the JPAS system prior to commencement of work
- Must possess valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PM duties and leadership capabilities
- Ability to develop and manage reports and metrics
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
