Job Summary
Lead and support multiple behavioral health programs and leadership teams while developing strategies to improve quality, service delivery, and program growth. Ensure compliance with licensing, contractual, and regulatory requirements, and oversee staffing, performance management, and leadership development. Manage program budgets, revenue, and operational performance, and build strong partnerships with community organizations, referral sources, and government agencies. Champion quality improvement initiatives and positive client outcomes across outpatient mental health, substance use treatment, and mobile psychiatric services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
- 5+ years of experience in behavioral health
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Must meet all required Pennsylvania background clearance requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience overseeing mental health and/or substance use programs
- Professional licensure
