Regional Product Specialist - Service Operations

Job Summary
Regional Product Specialist - Service Operations responsible for driving operational excellence across the NASA region by strengthening Service Agreements, workshops, and field service performance, aligning with global standards, and supporting continuous improvement across Customer Centers. Key duties include supporting implementation and optimization of Service Agreements and workshop operations; benchmarking performance to identify best practices; providing technical expertise in maintenance strategies, KPIs, planning, and scheduling; reviewing business cases and delivering technical and financial recommendations; monitoring performance, audits, and benchmarking results; analyzing operational and financial performance to develop reports and action plans; using ERP systems (M3, BPCS or similar) for tracking and performance management; building relationships with Customer Centers, service partners, and internal stakeholders; acting as a bridge between global and regional teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing; collaborating with local and global teams to ensure alignment. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 5+ years in mining/heavy equipment maintenance in service operations, strong knowledge of Service Agreements/workshops/field service models, advanced ERP skills, KPI management, reporting/analytics, and fluent English and Spanish. This is a remote role with regular travel across Latin America.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
- 5+ years in mining or heavy equipment maintenance, preferably in service operations
- Strong knowledge of Service Agreements, workshops, and field service models ideally in service operations or aftermarket support
- Advanced ERP system skills (M3, BPCS, or similar) and experience in reporting/analytics
- Experience in KPI management, planning, and operational improvement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Remote position with travel across Latin America
