Job Summary
Regional Product & Services Marketing Specialist to drive awareness and adoption of aCommerce's end-to-end services in Southeast Asia. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels (webinars, social media, case studies, white papers, events) to generate leads, educate potential clients, and showcase value propositions. Conduct market research to identify SEA market trends and competitor activity; analyze campaign performance and user behavior to optimize tactics. Create localized product messaging and collaborate with sales, product development, and customer success for smooth go-to-market launches. Oversee channel presence and budgets, build relationships with media, influencers, and industry associations, and represent aCommerce at SEA industry events. Fluency in Thai and English, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the eCommerce or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., writing, design, video editing).
- Experience with campaign management and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SEO , SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
