Job Summary

Regional Product Operations Lead role focusing on last-mile execution, stabilization, and adoption of global enterprise products within a defined business domain. Acts as the primary regional technology partner, coordinating with regional and global teams (Product, Architecture, Integration, Data) to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality technology solutions. Manages end-to-end triage of complex issues, coordinates with regional vendors and ISV partners, and ensures operational confidence and stability. Supports global Product Operations processes (intake, triage, release readiness) and contributes regional input to global platforms, platform alignment, and data workflows. Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days on-site; responsibilities include stabilization mechanisms, adoption enablement, documentation (SOPs, release notes), and regional vendor management.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a Product Operations, Technology Business Partner, Enterprise Applications, or hybrid operational role
  • Strong domain expertise in Finance (R2R, O2C, P2P), Commercial (Sales, Pricing, Order Management), Value Chain (Planning, Logistics, Procurement), Manufacturing/ Product Creation (MADE)
  • Hands-on experience managing system integrations and ISV-based solutions
  • Hands-on with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and data flows
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and take ownership
