Regional Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Own the performance and lifecycle of the assigned product portfolio across Asia, including expansion, optimization, and rationalization. Define portfolio strategies, roadmaps, and hierarchies aligned with regional priorities while identifying gaps and industry trends. Lead new product development by translating customer insights and competitive intelligence into viable launch initiatives. Identify target countries and segments to partner with Country Marketing teams on launches, promotional campaigns, and market development programs. Deliver sales, profitability, and market performance targets through pricing frameworks and rigorous portfolio monitoring. Monitor customer trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Act as the regional subject matter expert, influencing cross-functional teams and representing the organization at industry events and customer engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in product/segment management, product marketing, or a related role
- Strong commercial, analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions and cultures
- Good understanding of manufacturing capabilities, technical considerations, and market dynamics relevant to the product portfolio
Desired Qualifications
- Regional or multi-country experience within Asia
- Experience in building materials, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or other B2B environments
- Technical product knowledge, including familiarity with product applications, specifications, testing requirements, industry standards, certifications, and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with product data management, commercial systems, and governance processes
- Experience delivering product training, customer presentations, and industry seminars
